SHIPPING

  • For all Beagle Earmuffs, Beagle Lounger Hoodies, and Beagle Face Zip Up's, please allow 7-10 business days for U.S. delivery (3-4 days for shipping + processing). Please allow 5-6 days for shipping for international orders. Delivery will vary by country.
  • If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

  • Please note: For Beagle Earmuffs, we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. For Beagle Zip Ups and Beagle Lounger Hoodies, we are only accepting exchanges within 30 days of purchase at this time, based on available inventory. Customers are responsible for the shipping fee for the item to be shipped back to us and us to ship the new exchanged item to you. There are no returns for the Zip Ups and Lounger Hoodies. 
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can assist. 
  • For any questions or concerns, please contact us at support@grizzthebeagle.com and please provide your order number.

 

SHIPPING PROVIDER

  • We are not responsible for shipping issues related to the shipping carrier.
  • If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we cannot intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.
  • If an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to our facility, the customer must contact us via email regarding their order. 

 

FAQ

  • Do the beagle earmuffs fit other breeds besides Beagles? 
    • Each pair measures 8.5 inches in length x 5.5 inches wide, which fits most long eared breeds comfortably -- including Basset Hounds, Bloodhounds, and other similar pups. Even if your pup's ears are a little longer or wider, the soft, flexible band has some give -- so they should still fit snugly without squeezing
